We are seeking an enthusiastic Content Coordinator / Publishing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, reviewing, and managing content publication schedules while ensuring that high standards of quality and deadlines are met.This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with a passion for content management, editorial work, and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing publication schedules, deadlines, and meetings.
• Coordinate with writers, editors, and other team members to ensure content is delivered on time.
• Review manuscripts, articles, and other content for spelling, grammatical, and factual errors.
• Ensure that content aligns with company guidelines and maintains a professional standard.
• Help organize and maintain content databases and document files.
• Provide administrative support to the editorial and content teams as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus (Training will be provided if required).
