Job description

  • Dot Com Mate is looking for SEM Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify the most relevant and high-performing keywords for advertising campaigns

  • Campaign Setup: Create, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on search engines like Google Ads and Bing Ads

  • Ad Copywriting: Write compelling and effective ad copies that drive clicks and conversions while adhering to the character limits and guidelines provided by the respective platforms

  • Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI) and lower the cost per click (CPC)

  • Ad Extensions: Implement various ad extensions such as site links, callouts, and structured snippets to enhance ad visibility and engagement

  • Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure that landing pages are optimized for conversions and user experience

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and other elements to identify the most effective strategies and improve campaign performance

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns accordingly

  • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate budget to different campaigns and keywords, and ensure maximum ROI within the allocated budget

  • Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitors' SEM activities, analyze their strategies, and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead in the market

  • Quality Score Improvement: Work on improving the quality score of keywords and ads to reduce CPC and improve ad placements

  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEM and digital marketing

  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns, preferably with Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets

  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and other SEM-related software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on SEM campaigns

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

  • Certifications in digital marketing and SEM are a plus
