Roles and Responsibilities
• This role will use Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, MS Word to create templates, backgrounds, and presentations incorporating information graphics, charts, metaphorical graphics, and diagrams. Experience with motion graphics and PowerPoint animation and multimedia is a plus.
• The candidate should be comfortable communicating with internal clients in order to understand their concepts and interpret them visually.
• Presentations are created in the aligned with the company branding, so the designer should be able to shift gears and adapt to different brands/aesthetics. The ability to work quickly and meet deadlines is key.
• Provide high quality, real-time assistance to Clients in support of their projects.
• Responsible for creating, editing and formatting of documents primarily in Microsoft Office and associated software, with primary focus on MS-PowerPoint or MS Word.
• Ensure timely delivery of product that is defect-free and has consistency in formatting and layout. Comprehend Client requirements and instructions clearly and estimate time required for project completion.
Technical Qualification:
• Microsoft Office Specialist certification at a intermediate level in Creative PPT or MS Word
• Excellent design sense and awareness of current design trends
• Expert knowledge of MS Word
• Expert knowledge of PowerPoint
• Expert in Photoshop
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Knowledge of Excel for charting
• Video editing, Flash, Keynote, and/or sound editing skills are a plus
• Knowledge of print design
• Understands importance of brand and can work within established standards
• Ability to support workflow and prioritize projects with clients
• Can interpret complex ideas visually
• Adaptability and willingness to support where needed
