Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Production Operator
•    Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
•    Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
•    Monitor production processes and ensure quality output.
•    Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks.
•    Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and deadlines.
2. Line Inspector:
•    Inspect products at various stages of the assembly line.
•    Ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
•    Record and report inspection findings to relevant supervisors.
•    Assist in quality control and continuous improvement activities.
•    Identify and isolate any defective products.
3. Tool Maintenance:
•    Conduct routine maintenance and repair of production tools and equipment.
•    Maintain accurate records of tool usage and maintenance schedules.
•    Ensure availability and proper storage of tools.
•    Diagnose and troubleshoot tool-related issues.
•    Support production teams by providing and maintaining reliable tools.
4. Maintenance Technician:
•    Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
•    Investigate equipment failures and implement solutions.
•    Align and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
•    Maintain documentation of maintenance tasks and schedules.
•    Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
