Role & responsibilities
• Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather, clean, and prepare data from various
sources, including Salesforce CRM and Ozone Tele Dialler, ensuring accuracy and
consistency.
• Data Analysis: Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and
insights that support sales strategies.
• Reporting: Create reports and dashboards to visualize data findings, presenting
them to senior analysts and sales teams for informed decision-making.
• Support product managers: Assist PMs in defining business problems and
identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to sales operations.
• Sales Analytics: Develop and maintain sales analytics reports that provide
actionable insights into sales performance metrics such as revenue growth, win
rates, and sales cycle length.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within
sales operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to support
strategic planning, assist in forecasting, and contribute to the development of
sales strategies based on data-driven insights.
Preferred candidate profile
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM functionalities.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable
recommendations
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings
to stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
