Job description
Responsible for collecting, refining, and analysing sales data.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering sales data from various sources,
cleaning and organizing the data, and analysing it to identify trends, patterns,
and insights.
• Reporting: Generating regular reports on sales performance, including key
metrics such as revenue, sales volume, and market share. Presenting findings to
stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Forecasting: Using historical data and statistical methods to forecast future sales
trends and outcomes, helping the sales team make informed decisions and set
achievable targets.
• Data Visualization: Creating visual representations of sales data, such as charts,
graphs, and dashboards, to facilitate understanding and interpretation by non-
technical stakeholders.
• Identifying Opportunities: Proactively identifying opportunities for sales growth
and optimization based on data analysis, such as identifying underperforming
products or regions with untapped potential.
• Collaboration: Working closely with sales teams, marketing teams, and other
departments to understand business objectives and provide data-driven insights
and recommendations.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating and refining data collection
processes, analytical methods, and reporting techniques to improve accuracy,
