Job description

•    Resolve customer queries on phone and email
•    Follow up on order status with internal teams.
•    Follow up with customers regarding their order queries.
•    Convert Cancelled and Pending orders by calling customers. ( converting leads)

Preferred Requirements & Key Skills-

•    Proficient in English and Hindi.
•    Preferably experienced in dealing with Automotive spare parts. (optional)
•    Good writing skills for chats and response to customer queries over email
•    Computer proficiency.
•    Graduate/ 10+2 from any Stream
•    MS Excel knowledge.
