Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Inbound & Outbound Customer Calls in Hindi and English.
• Assist Customers with their queries, complaints, and service requests.
• Resolve Customer Issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide Product/Service Information to customers.
• Document Customer Interactions accurately in the system.
• Maintain a Professional and Friendly Tone during customer interactions.
• Meet Performance Targets and adhere to quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Hindi and English (Verbal Communication) is a must.
• Good Listening Skills and Empathy towards customers.
• Basic Computer Skills (Typing, MS Office, Data Entry).
