Customer Service Excellence
• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Ensure timely and efficient service to meet customer needs.
Team Support
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
• Assist in coordination and communication during peak hours.
Order Management
• Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery.
Stock and Inventory Management
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock organization.
• Replenish items as needed to avoid shortages.
Cleanliness and Hygiene
• Maintain hygiene standards in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
Cash Handling
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash securely and maintain transaction records.
Training and Mentoring
• Assist in training new crew members.
• Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.
Problem Solving
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff if needed.
Job Requirements:
Education:
• Any undergraduate degree (UG) is preferred.
Experience:
• Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
