Job description
• Design effective, innovative, and delightful conversational experiences using user centric design methodologies
• Review the current state of our chatbot copy and conversational patterns
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, product and visual designers, and researchers to design, implement, and iterate on intents
• Research and analyze intents and the associated customer journeys. Evaluate when bots are appropriate and in what form
• Create bot design documents, including bot personas, example dialogs, conver sation flow diagrams, error handling patterns
• Define the intent portfolio for natural language understanding and how it maps into conversation designs
• Master s Degree in Psychology/ linguistics/ journalism, human-computer interaction / human factors or equivalent
• Background in Counseling Psychology is an advantage
• A strong analytical background

• Portfolio of work you have done (writing samples, interface content, microcopy, or even style guides)
You have
• 0 - 2+ years of conversation design, service design, interaction design, or UX design or relevant experience
• Experience in creating workflows, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation ability is a must Not mandatory but great to have a basic understanding of training NLU/NLP models.
