Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design and create engaging, well-structured, and informative content for the company website, blog, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content is aligned with the company’s brand voice, tone, and overall messaging guidelines.
Visual Design: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing content, such as infographics, images, and other multimedia assets.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that support business goals, increase customer engagement, and promote the company's civil engineering services.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve website visibility.
Content Editing: Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and grammar, ensuring high-quality and error-free output.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor content, and best practices in content design and digital marketing.
Collaboration: Work with different departments, including engineering, sales, and HR, to gather necessary information and create content for various company needs.
Analytics Tracking: Use analytics tools to track the performance of content and make improvements to enhance reach and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Content Designer, Content Writer, or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and other content creation tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
