Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Design and create engaging, well-structured, and informative content for the company website, blog, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content is aligned with the company’s brand voice, tone, and overall messaging guidelines.

  • Visual Design: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing content, such as infographics, images, and other multimedia assets.

  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that support business goals, increase customer engagement, and promote the company's civil engineering services.

  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve website visibility.

  • Content Editing: Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and grammar, ensuring high-quality and error-free output.

  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor content, and best practices in content design and digital marketing.

  • Collaboration: Work with different departments, including engineering, sales, and HR, to gather necessary information and create content for various company needs.

  • Analytics Tracking: Use analytics tools to track the performance of content and make improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Content Designer, Content Writer, or similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and other content creation tools.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
