We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Company Secretary / Compliance Officer. The role involves ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate governance standards, and supporting the organization in compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and maintain legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain corporate records, including minutes of meetings and board resolutions.
• Track statutory deadlines and ensure timely filings with relevant authorities.

• Organize and manage board meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
