You have a minimum of 2 years of client management experience in a traditional or Digital Agency
You are a strategic thinker with hands on experience understand the advertising industry
You have strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
You are open to moderate travel
You have great written and oral communication presentation skills
You are exceptional at planning and crisis management
You thrive under high-pressure environment
What you will do:
Influence customer onboarding.
Initiate brainstorming to building a flawless and detailed proposal/presentations for all client pitches
Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
Take charge of client-delivery for the agency.
Stay abreast with emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry
Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts ensure customer satisfaction
Simultaneously manage and monitor various clients and campaigns
