Job Description:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of various construction projects. The role includes planning, managing, and executing the structural aspects of building projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental considerations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Design & Planning:
•    Assist in the design and planning of construction projects including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
•    Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
2.    Site Supervision:
•    Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to the design, safety standards, and timelines.
•    Provide technical guidance to workers and contractors.
3.    Quality Control:
•    Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
•    Conduct regular inspections to check compliance with safety regulations and construction codes.
4.    Project Management:
•    Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
•    Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to facilitate smooth project execution.
5.    Cost Management:
•    Assist in preparing budgets for construction projects and manage costs effectively.
•    Track and control project expenditures to stay within budget.
6.    Safety Management:
•    Implement and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on construction sites.
•    Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to prevent accidents and injuries.
Required Candidate Profile:
1.    Educational Background:
•    BE in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2.    Experience:
•    Freshers (0 years) or up to 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
3.    Skills Required:
•    Knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and methods.
•    Familiarity with design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, etc.).
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•    Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
4.    Attributes:
•    Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
•    Ability to work in challenging environments and tight deadlines.
Qualification:
•    BE (Bachelor of Engineering) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:
•    0 - 5 years (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome)
