We are urgently hiring a Tele Caller Executive with basic knowledge in Analog and IP Cameras and Networking to join our team. Fresher candidates with an interest in the field are also welcome to apply. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, addressing inquiries related to our products and services.
•    Provide assistance in troubleshooting basic issues related to Analog and IP Cameras.
•    Assist customers with networking-related queries, offering initial support or directing them to the appropriate technical department.
•    Update customer information in the database and ensure accuracy.
•    Maintain and track customer issues, following up as necessary.
•    Achieve monthly targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:
•    Knowledge of Analog and IP Cameras (basic understanding of installation and troubleshooting).
•    Understanding of Networking concepts (routers, switches, IP addresses, etc.).
•    Freshers with a keen interest in technical fields are encouraged to apply.
•    Strong verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Customer service-oriented mindset.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
