Role Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our sales team and help drive company growth by selling our online courses to prospective customers, including college students and working professionals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will work on cold calling prospects from a provided pool of organic leads, aiming to meet sales targets set by the team lead. The role involves reporting daily progress and adapting to flexible working hours in line with company needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•    Cold calling prospective customers, including college students and working professionals.
•    Working with organic leads provided by the company.
•    Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per team lead and company requirements.
•    Collaborating closely with the team lead for day-to-day tracking and performance reviews.
•    Driving sales through excellent convincing power and closing the deal skills, contributing to overall company growth.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelors degree in any field.
•    0 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the edutech industry.
•    Experience in sales targeting college students and working professionals.
•    Fluency in both Tamil and English.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent convincing power and closing the deal abilities.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong adaptability to change.
•    Knowledge of IT courses and the technology sector is a plus.
