We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic professional to work as a Patient Onboarding Executive. This role involves partnering with doctors, hospitals, and patients to facilitate medical crowdfunding campaigns. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and patients, and committed to making a social impact by helping patients raise funds for life-saving medical treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation (Doctors & Hospitals):
•    Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
•    Generate leads from doctors and medical institutions about patients who require financial assistance for critical surgeries or treatments.
•    Educate healthcare providers about Impact Guru's platform and the benefits of crowdfunding for patients.
2. Patient Onboarding & Fundraising Activation:
•    Reach out to patients and their families referred by doctors or hospitals.
•    Explain the crowdfunding process and Impact Guru’s platform to the patients.
•    Assist in onboarding patients onto the platform by collecting necessary information, medical documents, and creating their fundraising campaign.
•    Guide patients/families in telling their stories effectively to maximize donor engagement.
•    Obtain patient consent and agreement to start the crowdfunding process.
3. Coordination & Support:
•    Act as a bridge between patients, hospitals, and the Impact Guru team.
•    Provide ongoing support to patients throughout the crowdfunding campaign.
•    Ensure timely updates on the patient’s medical condition and campaign progress.
4. Awareness & Relationship Building:
•    Increase awareness of Impact Guru's platform within the healthcare ecosystem.
•    Organize meetings, presentations, and workshops to promote medical crowdfunding solutions.
