• Must have a knowledge to develop a strategy to acquire new clients
• Primary level of involvement in Business Development for Indian market/ Hard core B2B Sales
• Should possess strong command over English language (both written and verbal), have the ability to present his/ her point of view effectively, negotiation skills
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Ability to manage client requirements; ensuring strong support for clients, driving overall client satisfaction
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must present a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• Must work effectively in both a team environment as well as independently
• Responsible for coordinating and driving the pre- sales and marketing function
• Manage existing relationships with our corporate accounts
• Generate requirements from new clients through cold calling
• Delivering presentations and proposals? RFP/ RFI/ RFQs
• Before you begin working and doing extensive market research in the business of course continues to collect information
• This position requires individuals to be self- motivated, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in carrying out their responsibilities and possess a highly professional demeanor
• Meeting up the clients in person as an when required Focus on both business growth, client retention
• Very Good experience in Client Acquisition and Client Relationship Management. Building database, Cold calling, Requirement gathering, Client Interaction etc.
• Creating and managing lists of prospects across various target client segments
• Creating Awareness and Branding of Services offered by CST
• Contacting client prospects across target client segments and markets and making the initial pitch for company services (Lead generation)
• Fix appointments/ meetings for onsite/ offsite sales staff
• Systematic follow up with each prospect
• Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions
• Negotiating and closing business deals
• Getting referral & recurring businesses / maintaining key account
• Effort estimation and costing
• Create consistent presentation material and marketing collaterals
• Work with operations & other teams for developing new service offerings
• Track and report competition activities
