Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
•    Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.
•    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies for expanding the business and achieving sales targets.
•    Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
•    Develop and pitch proposals to clients, showcasing the value of products or services.
•    Monitor client satisfaction and ensure ongoing customer success by providing necessary support and follow-up.
•    Track and report on the progress of new business initiatives and sales activities.

Requirements:

•    Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
•    Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•    Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market research.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing.
•    Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve business objectives.

Preferred Skills:

•    Previous experience in a B2B environment or industry-related experience.
•    Familiarity with CRM software to track business development activities and relationships.
•    Strong understanding of sales strategies and how to apply them for business growth.
