Job description
• Conduct cold calls and follow up calls with past customers to understand their hiring process and hiring needs.
• Network with current customers to gain market share within their organization.
• Cold call customers who have published openings to better understand their needs and the structure of their group.
• Work with Management to establish a sales strategy to consistently achieve sales quota
• Meet with clients to evaluate staffing needs, provide recommendations for consulting Solutions

• Effectively communicate staffing priorities to recruiting team
