Job description

We are looking for Business Analyst who can understand our Business requirements and value add.

Job Responsibilities :

•    Responsible for understanding Business Requirements and Solution Design by attending the walk-through sessions with Business Stakeholders.
•    Involving in various requirement management activities such as Requirement gathering, analysing, detailing, tracking requirements, writing user stories, framing BRD and PDD, prioritizing the customer needs, bridging the gap between the stakeholders and technical teams, performing testing for developed requirement and generating Insight reports on launched product/service..
•    Hands on experience in Unified Modelling Language (Use Case, Activity and Sequence Diagram) for documenting business requirement using Lucid chart.
•    Responsible in managing E2E STLC activities Test planning, Designing, Executing, Logging and Tracking defects, Sending Project EOD Reports across clients and giving test sign off with test closure Report/ Exit Deck.
•    Proficient in telecom Cable Mobile E2E provisioning flows for both B2C and B2B customers.
•    A thorough understanding on different phases on SDLC and STLC.
•    Having exposure in practicing both Agile and Waterfall methodology.
•    Knowledge on different levels of Testing involving in Sanity Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Negative Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Production (Business Validation) testing. Expertise in Mobile Application testing with cloud platform for virtual devices.
•    Expertise in DB validation testing with ability to write SQL queries in Oracle SQL developer for ETL testing.
•    Sound knowledge in API testing - JSON/XML response format, using POSTMAN API testing tools.
•    Enthusiastic, inquisitive, calm minded analyst with excellent communication and solution seeking skills with capability to lead team collaboratively and develop effective customer relationship management.
