Job Description
• 3 to 3.2LPA with variable 15 % of annual CTC
• 9 hrs (including 1 hour break)
• 6 days working rotational shift & 1 rotational off
• Excellent communication Skills. – (ENGLISH AND HINDI: MANDATORY)
• Preferable experience in Voice Process
Required Candidate profile
• PUC / Graduation
• Any Customer Support exp - (6 Months - 2 Yrs)
• Freshers are also eligible
• Rotational week off
• Handling Escalations
• Experience from Insurance industry is added advantage.
