Job description
• Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates for niche areas viz., ServiceNow, Salesforce, and CyberSecurity.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the Program Delivery Manager to understand internal requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Screen candidates through phone interviews, assess their skills and experience and determine suitability for bench sales positions.
• Negotiate compensation and other terms of employment with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress, including candidate pipelines, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology, particularly in areas such as software development, ServiceNow, Salesforce, cybersecurity, data analytics, and cloud computing.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting candidates for bench sales positions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and effectively negotiate terms of employment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
