A Beauty Advisor offers personalized guidance on the application of make-up, Skin care & Fragrance. They cross-sell by recommending complementary Studiowest products and ensuring customer receive a tailored and comprehensive beauty consultation.Beauty advisors sell and give advice on the use of different cosmetics, fragrance and skin care products. They provide each customer with highly detailed, personalized service to help them meet their beauty goals with the best products.
Maintaining overall counter cleaning and hygiene. Personal grooming is an integral part of professionalism. It shows that you respect yourself, your job, and the people you work with. Maintaining aneat and tidy appearance sends a clear signal that you take your responsibilities seriously and are committed to your role.

Customer Service:
•    Providing exceptional customer service by addressing queries, handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
Sales:
•    Assisting customers in making purchasing decisions and upselling products to meet sales target.

Consultation:
•    Assessing customers skin care needs, make-up preference and beauty concerns through consultation 
Demonstration:
•    Conducting product demonstration to showcase application techniques and educate customers on product  features, benefits & usage.

Product recommendation:
•    Suggesting suitable skincare, make-up, fragrance and other product based on customers preferences and skin type.

Product Knowledge:
•    Staying updated on beauty trends, new product launches and counter development to accurate and relevant information to customers.

Visual Merchandising:
•    Maintaining a visual appealing and organized display of products to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
