Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand activation strategies across PAN India to drive sales growth and increase market share.
• Plan, execute, and manage trade promotional activities such as BTL campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective trade marketing plans that align with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform trade marketing decisions.
• Manage budgets for trade marketing initiatives and optimize ROI through data-driven insights.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 4-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of BTL activation principles and ability to plan successful campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proficiency in analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions.
