We are looking for a highly motivated Banking Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing budgets, and promoting our brand and services. Additionally, you will oversee branch operations, devise policies, and ensure smooth functioning across all operational areas.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Increase sales and achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and marketing the bank’s brand and services.
•    Manage the budgets for the branch and ensure that financial goals are met.
•    Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
•    Oversee branch administration and operations, ensuring that the branch runs efficiently and aligns with organizational goals.
•    Devise and implement operational policies that enhance branch performance and streamline processes.
•    Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
•    Conduct market research to understand customer needs and adapt services accordingly.
•    Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective customer service.
•    Monitor and evaluate the performance of banking products and services and suggest improvements where necessary.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies at all times.
•    Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff to meet operational objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).
•    Experience in sales and marketing within the banking or financial services sector.
•    Strong knowledge of banking operations and policies.
•    Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational issues.
•    Experience in overseeing branch operations and team management.
•    Ability to devise and implement effective policies and procedures to optimize operations.
