Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading bank in various roles, including Assistant Manager, Bank Officer, Senior Officer, and Assistant Account Manager (AAM). The roles are available across several verticals such as CASA, Life Insurance, Loan Sales, and Operations. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
•    Marketing and selling personal, home, and other loan products.
•    Assisting customers with loan applications and documentations.
•    Evaluating loan eligibility and advising clients on the best options.
•    Ensuring timely loan disbursements and follow-ups on loan repayments.
•    Building long-term relationships with clients and cross-selling additional products.
•    Overseeing daily banking operations to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
•    Managing customer transactions and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
•    Providing timely support to clients in terms of account inquiries, transactions, and other banking services.
•    Supporting other departments by handling operational tasks and contributing to overall efficiency.

Qualifications:
•    Educational Qualification: Any graduation (Bachelor's degree in any field).
•    Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
•    Freshers should have good communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
•    Experienced candidates should have prior experience in sales, customer service, or banking operations.
