Job description
1. Sales and Lead Generation:
• Actively reach out to prospective students via calls, emails, and social media platforms to promote study abroad programs and Eclave s services.
• Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents, guiding them through career assessments, test preparation, and overseas education options.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets for enrollments and service packages.
2. Marketing and Outreach:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, and offline).
• Collaborate on creating promotional content such as brochures, newsletters, and ads.
• Represent Eclave at education fairs, seminars, and other networking events to increase brand visibility.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions.
• Act as a liaison between students and partner universities, assisting in application submissions and follow-ups.
• Provide support in visa processing and documentation for students pursuing overseas education.
4. Market Research:
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth in new and existing territories.
• Report feedback from prospects and clients to improve service offerings and strategies.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the academic counseling and operations team to ensure seamless client service.
• Assist in developing sales tools and processes for effective student onboarding.
Skill Set Required
• Sales Marketing Skills: Proven ability in lead generation, conversion, and marketing campaigns.
• Interpersonal Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Networking Negotiation: Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
