Job Description

Strong understanding of digital marketing and content writing roles, including SEO, SEM, copywriting, content strategy, social media, and analytics.

Tools:
•    Job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
•    ATS (Applicant Tracking System) like Lever or Greenhouse.
•    Social media platforms for recruitment.
•    Recruitment analytics tools.

Skills:
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•    Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends.
•    Ability to assess portfolios and writing samples.
•    Knowledge of content creation tools like WordPress, CMS, and SEO tools.

Monitoring & Reporting:
•    Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate sources, and cost-per-hire.
•    Regular reporting to the HR Manager on hiring progress and challenges.
•    Monitor the performance and progress of hired candidates during their initial stages.
