Job Description – R&D Associate

We are seeking a Research & Development (R&D) Associate to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about chemistry and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Conduct research and laboratory experiments as part of the R&D team.
•    Analyze chemical processes and materials, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
•    Assist in developing and improving formulations, processes, and product applications.
•    Record, analyze, and interpret experimental data, and prepare technical reports.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and innovation.

Qualifications:
•    B.Sc in Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
•    Freshers to a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Good understanding of laboratory safety protocols and chemical processes.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
