Job description
• Assist in the development and execution of green building strategies.
• Perform passive analysis including CFD, daylight, and ventilation studies.
• Support the design team with relevant sustainability insights throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate on projects to ensure compliance with green building rating systems.
Knowledge:
• Knowledge in Green Building Rating system Strategy, Passive analysis (CFD, Daylight Ventilation)
• IGBC AP/ LEED AP certification added as advantage
• MS Office, Auto Cad, Design builder, Ecotect other applicable analysis software
Skills Required:
• Strong interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making.
