Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.

  • Manage sales activities for spinning products, including textiles and apparels.

  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Promote and sell AM Accessories products to potential customers, including retail and wholesale accounts.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Market Research: Monitor trends in the accessories market and stay up to date with competitor products and pricing.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product range to effectively present and sell to customers.

  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.

  • Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up.

  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, offering tailored solutions to their needs.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to help promote new products and marketing campaigns.

  • Events & Promotions: Participate in promotional events, trade shows, or retail activations to showcase products and drive sales.
