Job description
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Airport Ground Staff team. The role involves assisting passengers, ensuring smooth airport operations, and handling various responsibilities such as baggage, reservations, security checks, and cargo handling.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Passenger Handling & Customer Service:
• Greet and Welcome Passengers courteously upon arrival.
• Assist Passengers with check-in procedures, boarding passes, and baggage check-in.
• Provide Information on flight schedules, boarding gates, delays, and airport services.
• Resolve Passenger Queries and handle complaints professionally.
Baggage & Cargo Handling:
• Assist Passengers with Baggage issues (delayed/missing/damaged luggage).
• Manage Baggage Check-in & Screening to ensure compliance with airline policies.
• Assist in Cargo Operations including handling, loading, unloading, and documentation.
Ramp Operations & Safety Checks:
• Ensure Efficient Aircraft Turnaround by coordinating ramp activities.
• Support Aircraft Ground Handling such as loading and unloading baggage and cargo.
• Perform Baggage Screening, Staff Screening, and Security Checks as per aviation safety standards.
Reservation & Ticketing:
• Make Flight Reservations and Ticketing for passengers.
• Assist with Seat Assignments and updating bookings as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Customer-Centric Approach with Problem-Solving Abilities.
• Basic Computer Knowledge and Reservation Systems (Preferred).
• Ability to Handle Stressful Situations and Work in Shifts.
• Physical Stamina for manual tasks like baggage handling.

• Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply.
• Any Graduate (12th Pass Candidates with Relevant Skills May Be Considered).
• Knowledge of Airport Operations / Aviation Industry is a plus.
