We're looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Innovation team's. You'll learn to build AI-driven platforms and work on cutting-edge projects. Prior internship experience or personal AI/ML projects will be highly valued. This role offers excellent learning opportunities in an agile environment with focus on practical implementation.

Responsibilities

•    Develop cutting-edge AI solutions for future trends
•    Rapidly prototype and deliver impactful features (DemoBytes)
•    Integrate existing libraries/datasets for novel applications
•    Develop select features from scratch when necessary
•    Collaborate cross-functionally on AI innovations
•    Proactively improve systems based on AI trends
•    Participate in agile development processes
•    Deliver frequent, incremental outputs
•    Balance innovation with practical implementation

Requirements and Skills

•    Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
•    Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java and R
•    Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision
•    Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
•    Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
•    Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
•    Familiarity with agile development methodologies
•    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
•    Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
•    Preferred Qualifications
•    Internship experience in AI/ML
•    Personal projects involving AI/ML applications
•    Contributions to open-source AI projects
•    Relevant certifications in AI/ML
•    Note: Candidates with hands-on AI project experience through internships or personal projects will be given priority consideration.
