Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely recording.
Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, preparing tax returns and supporting tax audits.
Prepare and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Assist with the internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documents are available.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.
Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Assist with any other accounting-related tasks or special projects as needed.
