Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and identify how our company’s products and services can fulfill their needs. Your responsibilities will include:
• Client Relationship Management: Engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other sales techniques.
• Sales Closure: Effectively present product solutions to potential customers, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
