The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or B.Sc. (EEE / ECE) qualification with 0-2 years of experience as an NPI/ECO Engineer in a manufacturing setup, preferably within the EMS industry. Hands-on experience with any PLM software linked to the ECO process is required. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook is essential, along with strong analytical skills.
